About The School

Lincoln Minster School is a family school where individuals come first, where all pupils have a role to play and a priority is placed on achievement. It is the people who make the school.

There is no substitute for inspired, quality teaching, motivated pupils, supportive parents and governors - all the people who care. The most important element of this school, 'the heart', is the sense of community. The community stresses a belonging, an affection, and a proud spirit.

We aim to create a vibrant Christian community here at Lincoln Minster in which discipline and hard work are expected and demanded at all levels, where all individuals are cared for and valued, and a sense of worth is felt by all members of the school. We work hard and play hard. While expectations of academic achievement are high, we are also proud of the opportunities for pupils to explore life beyond the classroom.
