Lauren Hales
NHS Secretary.

“Lincoln Minster School gave me the determination and confidence to get to where I am today.

“I have happy memories of my time at the school and am grateful that I was given the opportunity to pursue what I wanted to do in the future.

“I am currently a secretary for the NHS and in the future I would like to be able to teach other people the skills and importance of NHS secretaries, including an apprentice which is where I started off.

“My advice to current students would be that you will probably change your mind about what you want to do in the future a lot but you’ll definitely know what is right for you when you get given the chance – GCSEs and A levels gave me the chance to see what I was good at and what to pursue.”
