Miss Graves reports on a fun filled week at the Half Term Holiday Club.

What a busy and fun week. The weather was not on our side but that did not dampen our fun. We started our Star Wars week by making our very light sabers. The children were very excited, especially when it came to having our light saber battle, making life size rockets and spaceships to fly in.

We enjoyed our trip to the space centre, exploring and investigating the universe. We visited the planetarium to watch ‘We are Stars’. The children really enjoyed this, but our visit to the gift shop was the highlight.

Bouncy castle and Didi car fun was a big hit as usual, lots of bouncing and racing around the hall. The Nurf gun battle went down a treat with all of the children – lots of giggles and happy faces. We used water guns with paint inside to create some fabulous pictures too. How exciting to squirt paint EVERYWHERE!

We finished the week off with a trip to Daisy Made Ice Cream where we enjoyed a game of crazy golf and a delicious ice cream. Any energy left was used up in Funfarm in the afternoon.
