Assistant Head (Co-Curricular and External Relations)

Required: September 2017 or January 2018

We are seeking to appoint an Assistant Head with specific responsibility for the operational management of the co-curricular provision at the school, including the development and management of partnerships with local, regional, national and international communities.

The post-holder will be a part of the school’s Senior Leadership Team and play an active role in whole school strategic planning and development.

This is a key role which would suit an ambitious, highly qualified individual with the vision and drive to work with the Headmaster in ensuring the school continues to deliver a full and varied programme of activities and opportunities for our pupils.

The successful candidate will be a dynamic and talented individual as well as an enthusiastic and committed teacher, with the skills to inspire our able and motivated pupils inside and outside the classroom.

Learning Support Assistant

Required:            September 2017

Hours:                   30 hours per week; Monday to Friday, term time only.

We are seeking to appoint a professional, enthusiastic and vibrant Learning Support Assistant to assist and support pupils in our Senior School. The role will require you to support pupils on a one to one basis in the classroom. Working alongside the Classroom Teacher, you will take a pro-active role in supporting the educational needs of the pupils, particularly those with special educational needs, to enable them to access the curriculum and make progress.

The successful candidate will ideally be a graduate or have LSA/TA specialist qualifications.
