Human Resources Apprentice

Full Time – with the requirement to attend Lincoln College one day per week during term time.
We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and dynamic HR Apprentice to join our team.
You will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager with general administrative support and contributing to the smooth, efficient and effective running of the HR function in school.
This will require you to support recruitment and selection processes, employment paperwork, employee relations issues and training, as well as provide a point of contact for staff.
This role is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a wide range of HR issues and processes.

Special Educational Needs Coordinator (Prep School)
Required: September 2019
We are seeking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic SENCo to lead the Preparatory School’s provision for students with special educational needs.
You will lead a team of highly committed and experienced Teaching Assistants to establish and implement a range of support and interventions, ensuring outstanding SEND provision and high levels of progress for pupils with additional needs.
You will have specialist knowledge and experience of the wide range of specific learning difficulties, along with a passion for inclusion. Experience of managing SEND provision in an education setting is essential, and you should be confident with using data to evaluate the impact of support and interventions. Ideally, you will hold a specialist SENCo qualification.
The ability to teach Maths as a specialist subject upto Year 6 will be an advantage in this role.
Lincoln Minster School values its excellent pastoral support and there will be an expectation for the successful candidate to support teaching staff with pupil progress, as well as contribute to duties and co-curricular activities.
