Whether you're planning a conference, performance, sporting event, training day or private function, our exceptional spaces, central location and dedicated support provide the perfect setting for a successful event.

Facilities to hire

Whether you need a meeting room for a few hours, a performance venue, sports facilities or residential accommodation, our spaces are available for one-off events and regular bookings. Explore our facilities below to find the perfect venue for your event.

Accommodation

Stay in a charming and spacious Victorian home set within green gardens, complete with your own tennis court and welcoming communal areas. With eleven bedrooms accommodating up to 28 guests, 'The Mount' is perfect for large family gatherings, group getaways or professional retreats.

Outdoors, enjoy a game of tennis, relax on the garden benches or fire up the BBQ for sunny afternoons. Inside, there’s plenty to keep everyone entertained, rain or shine, including a pool table, table football, board games, games console, and more.

Ideally located in the heart of historic Lincoln, The Mount is just steps away from the iconic Lincoln Cathedral, fascinating museums and the charming cobbled streets of Bailgate, leading to the vibrant high street and excellent transport links.

Sports & Fitness

Our purpose-built Sports Hall is available to hire as a full space for team sports including football, hockey, basketball, cricket and netball. For smaller-scale activities such as badminton or tennis, half-hall or court hire is also available. Meeting Rooms

We offer a versatile range of room sizes to suit your needs. Whether you're hosting a small meeting or a conference for up to 65 guests, our spaces are designed to provide both comfort and functionality.

Recital Hall & Music Rooms

The Atrium offers a contemporary space ideal for exhibitions, receptions and social gatherings. Available as a standalone venue or in combination with our 200-seat Recital Hall, it creates a seamless flow for larger events, complete with staging and ambient lighting to enhance the atmosphere.

In addition, we offer a variety of fully equipped music practice rooms and recording studios. Whether you're producing a podcast, recording music or rehearsing with a band, our facilities provide the perfect environment for creativity and high-quality sound production.

Outdoor

Our outdoor hard-surface tennis court is available to hire for casual or competitive play. Please note that the court is not floodlit and is best suited to daytime use.
