Our Leading in Lincolnshire programme equips Sixth Form students with real-world business and leadership skills, offering hands-on experiences that bridge the gap between academic learning and professional practice. Unique to Lincoln Minster, it provides meaningful corporate exposure within a supportive academic environment and is fully integrated into the weekly timetable rather than a standalone work experience week. Delivered across six half-term modules in Year 12, the programme blends leadership theory, practical applications, and direct industry engagement, preparing students to step confidently into future careers with knowledge, skills, and ambition.
