Lincoln Minster School is delighted to announce that applications are now open for its September 2027 scholarships, recognising and supporting pupils who demonstrate talent, potential and a commitment to developing their abilities.
Scholarships are available across a range of areas, including academic, sport, music, art and drama, providing pupils with opportunities to develop their strengths alongside their wider education at Lincoln Minster School.
For academic scholars, the programme offers the opportunity to challenge themselves, explore their interests further and benefit from the support and encouragement of teachers.
One current academic scholar has seen first-hand the impact that receiving a scholarship can have:
“Receiving an academic scholarship at Lincoln Minster School has helped give me a sense of achievement. It has given me the opportunity to go to Bishop Grosseteste University on a STEM Challenge Day and has encouraged me to study Further Maths and pursue things outside of school."
“Being a scholarship student has helped me become more confident and I am particularly proud of my recent Maths paper results, getting 99%. I would encourage anyone considering applying for an academic scholarship to have a look because the support from teachers is really good.”
Xander, Year 11
Alongside academic challenge, scholarships at Lincoln Minster School are designed to help pupils build confidence, pursue their interests and make the most of the opportunities available to them.
