Part Time: 16 hours per week

(3.15pm – 6.30pm, Monday – Thursday)

(3.30pm – 6.30pm Friday)

Lincoln Minster School is an independent, co-educational day and boarding school for students aged 2 to 18. The school is set in the heart of Lincoln’s historic Cathedral quarter.

We are seeking to appoint a Domestic Assistant to join our facilities team and help provide a hygienically clean environment to support the professional operation of the school. You will be responsible for carrying out a range of cleaning duties in accordance with the relevant schedules and instructions from the Domestic Supervisor. These duties must be completed to agreed standards.

This position is term time only but there is a requirement to perform deep cleaning duties during school holiday periods over Christmas, Easter and summer.

Office Administrator (Pre-Preparatory School)

Hours: 20 hours per week

14.00 – 18.00 Monday to Friday

Salary: £9,256 per annum

Lincoln Minster School is an independent, co-educational day and boarding school for students aged 2 to 18. The school is set over three sites in the heart of Lincoln’s historic Cathedral quarter.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join our support team based at the Pre-Preparatory School. The role will be required to provide general Reception and administrative support to staff and pupils, work in liaison with staff across our Prep and Senior Schools and communicate with our parents and external visitors.

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a strong team ethic. A flexible attitude to work and a ‘can do’ attitude are essential, along with an ability to communicate effectively with pupils, staff, parents and visitors to the school. Previous office experience is essential along with proficiency in IT and computer software and packages.

Previous experience of working in a school environment would be an advantage.

Learning Support Assistant

Required: As Soon As Possible

Hours: 30 hours per week; 0900 – 1600 Monday to Friday during term time

Please note this position is fixed term until August 2020 initially, but will be reviewed at the end of the academic year.

 

We are seeking to appoint a professional, enthusiastic and vibrant one to one Learning Support Assistant at our Senior School. The role will require you to support pupils in the classroom on a one to one basis. Working alongside the Classroom Teacher, you will take a proactive role in supporting the educational needs of the pupil to enable them to access the curriculum and progress academically and personally.

 

The successful candidate will ideally have LSA or TA specialist qualification.

Boarding Assistant

Part time:  25 hours per week plus, on call duties as and when required

Lincoln Minster School is an independent, co-educational day and boarding school for students aged 2 to 18. The school is set in the heart of Lincoln’s historic Cathedral quarter.

 

We are seeking to appoint a Boarding Assistant to support the Boarding Housemaster/Housemistress looking after pupils in our junior boarding house (Year 3 – Year 9).

 

The role of a Boarding Assistant is at the heart of the pastoral care that we deliver to our pupils. You will work under the Housemaster/Housemistress to look after the pupils’ wellbeing and support with the day to day running of the boarding house, including the morning and evening routine.

 

The successful candidate will be a kind, caring, level headed and practical professional with a positive interest in working with children in a care environment. The ability to work as part of a team is a must, with excellent organisation and communication skills. Previous experience of working within a boarding or school environment is desirable but not essential.
